HairLab may collect your email address, name, age range, country, hair profile, hair goals, lifestyle details, uploaded hair/scalp photos, uploaded product photos, analysis results, product notes, routine progress, and app settings.

We collect this information so the app can personalize your scan result, weekly care plan, product guidance, progress history, and reminders.

Hair and scalp photos are used to provide hair-care guidance, quality checks, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations. Product photos may be used to help identify whether a product seems suitable for your stated hair needs.

HairLab uses third-party AI and cloud services to process parts of the experience. Results are guidance only and are not a medical diagnosis.

HairLab uses secure cloud services such as Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage. The app may also use hosting and analytics services such as Vercel to operate and improve the product.

We only keep data needed to provide the app experience, improve reliability, meet legal requirements, or protect the service from misuse.

You can request deletion of your HairLab data. The app also includes a delete-data option in the profile area where available.

You can choose not to upload photos, but some scan and progress features may not work without them. You can also turn off browser or device notification permissions at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers only when needed to run the app, process scans, store files, send authentication emails, host the service, or comply with law.

If HairLab is transferred, merged, or acquired in the future, user data may be included as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a notice to users.
