HairLab provides hair-care guidance, routine planning, product education, progress tracking, and photo-based analysis features. You are responsible for the information and photos you upload.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access another person’s account, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

HairLab is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Results and recommendations are informational hair-care guidance only.

For severe hair loss, sudden shedding, scalp infection, pain, bleeding, allergic reactions, or any medical concern, consult a dermatologist or qualified healthcare professional.

Some HairLab features use AI-assisted analysis. AI results can be incomplete or inaccurate, especially when photos are blurry, poorly lit, cropped, filtered, or inconsistent.

You should use your judgment before following any product, ingredient, routine, or home-care suggestion. Patch-test products when appropriate and stop using anything that causes irritation.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us.

You can request deletion of your HairLab data by using the in-app delete option where available or contacting asifkamal.1992@gmail.com.

We may update, pause, remove, or change features over time. We may also update these terms when needed.

We try to keep HairLab reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
